The usual palps , muscle ache.Had it all before. .many many times. ...

Morning, it won't be a heart attack, as you say you've had it many times - they are awful ( mine usually happen at night)
Deep breaths and concentrate on what your doing not what your body's doing, let your heart flutter and your chest ache, that is the worst it can do.... You are stronger than panic ! Today can only get better .😊x
