Yeah the ones from doc vit d3 and not don't take any other ones
I shake a lot and am so conscious of it. It is anxiety. I am working on it in therapy. I got to the point I couldnt even write my name and I was so scared and panicky. It is easing up now and CBT is working.. as well as sertraline. Oddly I find it is worse if I feel too warm. I like chilly. Feel better soon
