I'm just fed up! I'm fed up of never feeling myself anymore! I'm fed up of always finding something new to worry about! I'm fed up of my family not understanding and just shouting at me. I just want someone to understand

im exactly the same. scared out my wits that something is weong with me and all my family say is shut up your fine. weather i am or not in my head im not. i think so ething is wrong. we need support not people shouting. everything will be ok x

Thankyou for the replies! My family are an amazing family but I think were none of them have experienced this, they feel helpless... I find it difficult myself to believe this is all "anxiety" it's a struggle
