After ages I was feeling much better from my anxiety now I am full of cold and can't sleep 😱

Im so sorry to hear that. But can i tell you something don't know if you had this checked, but you might want to have your thyroid checked. For years I've had crazy symptoms and was put on antidepressants but just redecentley I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. Maybe that's why your cold and cant sleep your probably hypothyroidism might just want to check it out
