Hi everyone. I was okay last week but since Friday I have been really bad. I told the dr I thought I was dying and she said it was Anexity. I had a meal last night and felt funny heart sunk and arm went all weird so I had to go outside and couldn't eat anything. It makes me feel so sick. Help

I have had this happen a few times, yesterday I was sat having a meal my mum and out of blue while we were chatting not anxious at all my heart sank and i get a strange sensation all down the left side of body! What causes these strange sensations?
