Bad head

Hi.im new to this and anxiety not yet been diagnosed waiting to av bloods n ecg done but doc says sounds like stress n anxiety but I hav nuffin to be stressed about I have a loving partner 2 beautifully kids I'm just so fed up off feeling crap for 1 day I would just lik to wake up and feel my self. 2 days now I've had ba head were or feels as if some 1 is squeezing it eney1 else had this? I can't stop worrying my mind won't switch of.
