I was playing with my head earlier and noticed a little tiny lump but as I've kept playing with it and worried about its got abit bigger so now I think it's cancer or summet😭So worried again!!!😔😔😔

No it wouldn't get bigger that fast! It cud be an in grown hair! I had a friend who that happens to and he went to doc and it was an ingrown hair! Chek with ur doc or have someone else look at it and see!!!
