Freak out

Well was sleeping again. Then woke up with a freak out. My symptoms consist of shortness of breath and cant catch breath. With a side of sour stomach and a raceing heart. For desert the sweats. Is been about three weeks since my last episode. Well i dont miss them but they are part of my life thanks for listening and good luck out there .

😥 I hear ya I had two ok nights since starting new meds and last night was horrible. I wish to wake up one morning feeling great but it never happens. I hope you feel great one day too! -hugs-💛

I must be reading too many of the posts before bed. Last night I fell sound asleep only to wake up to an automatic catch of my breathe. For just a moment, I thought maybe I wasn't breathing. Then I immediately turned my thoughts to, "oh no, you're not going to do this to me" and turned over and went back to sleep. Anxiety bully tried but this

time I stopped it in it's tracks. Hope you do better this evening.
