I keep on getting this feeling that my breathing. Becomes a lot heavier and it's a little bit harder to breathe and it feels like there's a little lump in there preventing my breath. Its really weird and really worrying it's like if I don't concentrate on it it'll stop but I know that's just me worrying about it and I get myself into a little panic. I went too the doctors and nothing's wronge but I can't stop thinking and worrying about it can anyone help?

I get like this too, I'm always thinking about my chest/throat and breathing, along with many other things. I also prod and poke my body!

Are you getting any support at home/therapy?

It is made worse when you concentrate on it, you've got that used to doing it that it feels normal,We get into bad habits.
