Hi everyone my name is Rachel, i just wanna say that i have this fear of dying in my sleep and i always get anxiety attacks every now and then. I always come home feeling scared for some reason. This started last march in 2015 and ever since, it has not gone away yet. hope u understand. thanks.

Think back to what happened last March that started that fear of dying in your sleep.
Why are you afraid to come home? I think if you come up with some answers to those questions you may start to alleviate some of your anxiety. Our past experiences as well as our mind can product a lot of our anxiety and fears.
