Strange physical symptom.

Does anyone have this strange thing happen where they feel like a random beat below their pectoral or almost of the side of your body and right after it happens a little pressure starts to happen on the front of the head? It doesn't hurt. It's just more like a five second pressure and it goes away. It make happen like 4 times a day total but its very strange I am curious if this happens to anyone else.

see a doctor and tell them your symptoms as well as any drugs or drinks etc. that you've had recently, or anything that was a change in your normal routine that could be causing this.

Went to the doctor two weeks ago. Got a heart monitor. Haven't heard back in the last week or so so I assume nothing alarming jumped out but I didn't get an explanation

I get that as well. Due to an extra beat of the heart, I feel a little pressure in the center front of my forehead. Keep us updated on the results of your heart monitor.

Yeah, they haven't called me yet. I have been dealing with anxiety symptoms since my first panic attack about three month ago. I think I have felt and experienced everything. It has been very frustrating.

It is very funny. It doesn't seem to happen when I work out or anything else. It just randomly happens.

Not to be gross but the biggest issue I have had has been GERD (Acid Relfux) issues and some digestion issues.

I read that it might not an extra beat of my heart but it could be gas or some sort of digestive issue that is causing it to happen.

I am not sure. It is just very strange.

That could be Pat. Very much so. When I drink cold milk I get what feels like an extra beat. Years ago when I was on a daily fiber drink, I thought I was going to die in what I was feeling in my chest. It turn out that the pressure of the gas bubble push against the heart and make you feel uncomfortable. Had nothing to do with the heart.
