This medication is an antihistamine used mainly for reducing histamine in the body, in the treatment of vertigo, motion sickness, dizziness and nausea in the main. The side effects are in the usual range - drowsiness, tiredness, skin rash, dry mouth. I dont know if any of those are what you mean when you say 'feel off'. But of course any medication will react with individuals differently so if you feel that there is something wrong then better to ask your doctor for an alternative.
