Feeling abit better now still getting odd symptoms but telling myself it's only anxiety which seems to be working feel really tired tho even tho I slept 9 hours last night I do tend to sleep a lot since I started getting anxiety is that normal? But yeah things do get better:)

Hi yes sleeping is normal with anxiety I think it's that we want to wake up and have it gone so we sleep away as the saying goes I did that in the past and still do I think let me sleep this off and maybe when I get up I will feel much better ...

Yeah I do that haha but then i think If im having to much sleep there's something wrong with me, I have bad health anxiety it's unreal:/ thank you for replying:)

That's great that you're getting control.

I'm super tired like you but have the opposite problem, I can't stay asleep long enough 😭 since I first got like this I've been awake between 6&7 am I never used to know that time of day existed. It was an effort to wake up at 8am and get moving but I could soooo easily sleep longer before especially on weekends, no chance anymore 😭

Make the most of sleeping and do a little extra of it for me please 😆

Haha yeah I normally don't go sleep till like 1 in the morning tho due to feeling hot face feeling dead hot and for some reason swollen it's horrible but just gotta tell my self its note serious:) what I don't understand is if you know it's anxiety and believe it's anxiety why do they still occur?

Pass! This is all New to me - literally like 17 days ago so I have no clue but that is my thinking too. I really am the opposite end of sleep to you. No problem getting to sleep at all just staying there is the issue. I miss sleep so much. Even when I wake I may as well have not bothered as I'm still tired afterwards lol
