It's back, and worse than ever.

After about 2-3 months of being panic attack free, they have striken again. I was just doing some work when suddenly my front shoulder started aching with pain, not consistently, more as if somebody was jabbing you in the shoulder every 2 seconds. Then chest pain came and went quicker(still having the shoulder pain.) and I started hyperventilating. Heart attack is one of my worst fears, death is mainly the part of it since I am only in my teens. But I fear the pain that comes with it, I thought it was over, but it seems it has just begun. Also, I don't know if anyone else gets this, but a sudden feeling of doom and a warm sensation goes all throughout my body, automatically making me run to the nearest place with a person. It subsides in less than around 4 secs.

Yeah I get like that....anxiety causes my shoulder to chest pains on daily basis ...then causing heart rate to sore which leads to panic etc.... It is horrible. However...you know that it doesn't last and you know it won't kill you...plus you have beaten it before... Positive you will do again...

Peace n love
