Guys just a quick one... Can you please give me some examples of physical symptoms you get due to anxiety ???

Breathlessness,palpitations, sweating, stomach pain, sinus trouble, other unexplained pain that just suddenly appears, sleeplessness, dizziness

Dizziness, weakness, numbness, tiredness, heavy feel on my chest, eye floaters flashes and visual snow, and even nausea

aside from the more common symptoms..anxiety can cause other random symptoms that we would never think were anxiety related.... tooth pain, eye pain, leg cramps, excessive gas, cold hands and feet, skin issues like rashes, memory loss, hallucinations, ...and soooo many more. i think that is the reason we freak out..because we believe those things are something more serious when alot of the times its just anxiety screwing with us. sometimes i imagine anxiety as a snotty little kid throwing dirt rocks at us...those dirt rocks being the symptoms we deal with. i just wanna pick that snotty little kid up by the ears and make him eat those dirt rocks..hehe.
