I've felt great the past two weeks now the odd headache and jumps but feel so different just wondering could my anxiety be getting better? I still feel panicky about going out tho but I have been the shops and me mams and felt OK not a hundred percent I'm so pleased

Excellent You have done so well in coping with such a horrible illness. Dont feel too bad if you get the occasional moment of panic or anxious feeling. This kind of illness does not give in so easily. But you have been out and visited your mother and the shops - so well done for that. Whatever you are doing to cope seems to be working for you - so just keep going. You are an inspiration to all of us.

Thanks poppy feel totally different am tired alit maybe that's to do with having five kids ha ha but ye I've been good am not saying I'm better bacause today I've felt abit of but I'm hoping I'm getting there x

hello tanya you not been on for a while hows things and i did have a good xmass how about your family every one ok i bet tour kids got spoilt haha .i certanly hope your on the road to recovery nice to hear from you i thought you had deleted this its good to hear from you
