I can feel a lump in my throat.. I bit some skin off my lip today and I could taste blood in my mouth knowing it was my lip but convinced myself I was coughing up blood!! I'm also obsessed that I'm going to have a heart attack 😩

I'm the same... I set up a wee private group on my Facebook and myselfa nd a few other members are always on hand... Help to shift the attention... It's a wee tonic knowing others understand x

Couple of weeks ago my health anxiety was my heart its driving me crazy. We must be the poorliest people in the country. X lol

Haha!! It's not funny I don't know why I laugh about it 😂 I've had every illness in the book 😬 I was scared to eat a kfc a few nights ago!! X

No its not funny we shouldnt laugh haha lol you have to have a laugh tho it keeps us sane having a laugh. With my throat cancer and jess1989 with her coughing up blood and mrsB08 with cancers lol we have to laugh. X
