ALL THE TIME SOME HOW YOU SHOCKED YOUR BODY LIKE I SHOCKED MINE IM WORRYED IM A MESS
I used to have this all the time. Stay away from acidic and gassy food and get your anxiety under control. I now never have this feeling. Get better
