im over here around my bed time researching what my problem could possibly be...everything from rabies or Addison's disease...since i have a headache cant sleep with a headache i just research....arg.....since they say by the time u show signs of rabies its not long before ur dead...dont think thats it...also...my dogs are still alive...wish i knew my problem...maybe cancer

Sounds like Health anxiety that is the diagnosis I would give but like Google I am not a Doctor and that is the only person that can give you a proper diagnosis , Google is the worse thing you can look on and will always throw out the worse scenario possible , make your anxiety worse and keep you awake !

When you feel the urge go on relaxation for anxiety on You tube or look at Mindfulness will help you a lot more

You should go see your doc for a thorough check just to set your mind at ease. I typically do this every year.

I ehent to er already anyways my headaches gone but I have that anxious body feelings still....taking bath now.
