I was fine all day then in the rocking chair again I started getting light headed and dizzy vision is this anxiety and I don't even know what caused it is was fine I'm so tired of this anybody else?

Or its awful constantly like that I'm scared to get up so tired. As soon as I get up thats it dread don't no what normal means one minute am OK for a bit then symptoms start ruins me

I experience same symptoms of anxiety several times a week. Difference is knowing about the roots of my own life long condition of post trauma stress... Now I know it will pass and do not make it worse by thinking about the "why" so much.
