Hi keesha,

I was on propranolol 80mg but they made me feel dreadful.... Exhausted and like I was living in a bubble. I now take 40mg immediate release but can have 3 a day depending on how I feel. I feel so much better doing it this way.....I did try taking the 80mg at different times throughout the day but I'd always feel the same.

Good luck

X

Are you still taking them now. ? I was taking 10mg across the day . That's when the doctor advised 80mg one a day slow release. I also tried different times , with no luck. But I think 80mg is to high. I am normally a bright bubbly person .But struggling to force a smile at the moment. I need a magic wand 😆thank you for sharing .

I just take 40mg when I feel like I need to. I stayed on them for a about 5 months but in the end couldn't cope. I was shattered and in the afternoon would need a sleep. Constantly feeling like my head was full of candy floss and like you I'm bubbly and fun but was feeling like I couldn't be bothered with anything!! I feel so much better now! Hope u get it sorted xx
