Panic Attack ???

Hi

I am new here and am hoping to get some guidance before I go to see my GP

I have suffered from minor anxiety problems for some years (I am 65 yrs old) since a head injury

Yesterday for the first time whilst driving I think I had a Panic attack

Whilst debating whether to overtake or not (I was overcome with an urge to flee ) and accelerated to overtake the slow moving vehicle in front ( I would have shot a red light; the feeling was so strong )

I then had to park and leave the car for a few minutes to calm my self down

I have been fine since

any advice please
