I can't sleep and can't stop shaking and I feel sick

I haven't been feeling great these past few days. Yesterday, I woke up early in the morning, feeling sick. Now, I'm awake, shaking and I feel sick again. I wasn't woken by the sick feeling. It just came on after I got up to use the restroom. I'm a diagnosed Emetophobe (irrational fear of vomit) and I often get anxiety attacks due to it. I can't relax enough to sleep now and I need help.

I have the exact same thing...this is my first day not being able to sleep at all..would close my eyes have have 5 second dreams...

I'm in this right now, just sitting up juddering, irregular heart and cannot sleep, headache. It's nothing I haven't had before over the last three years but when it strikes I feel just as scared and miserable as the first time.

Last night I fought this off with some breathing and it helped, but tonight I noticed my heart actually missing beats and it set me off. Am watching telly and trying to relax.

I'm having that right now as I'm typing. I start shaking, I get a stomach ache, my body aches and feels weak, and I feel like I'm going to vomit. I get this about twice a month and I stay up for hours because of it. I almost feel depressed for no reason but once I finally fall alsleep and then wake up in the morning I'm totally fine. I think this might have something to do with anxiety since I do have it and I notice this happens when I end up worrying about something that happened earlier that day.
