Tired of it

So tired of feeling like this, had a slight heart pain few minutes ago and just want to be normal and pain free and worry free again....might try small exercise tomorrow. Really don t panic often from these things anymor, just acknowledge them and think of ways to fix them.

and now i felt something weird like something moving threw it with my heart so i got the stethoscope and listened to it and heart it skip a beat....fuck i hate this so now i took the other half of that aspirin. 3 palpitations in other words...

Have you been to doctor about pain in chest. It sounds like anxiety but ive had it years on and off. I coukd say stop worrying but that is easier said than done. Im a big worrier so its difficult for me not to worry. Hope you feel better soon

Doc wud usually prescribe a beta blocker for the palpitations sounds like anxiety but u should get checked to be on safe side
