Does anyone look back at there day and the places they've gone and think did I actually go there it almost seems like it didn't happen? Idk it's weird anyone have this

De Ja voo - anxiety/ stress can make you feel separated from reality.

In real bad cases some people lose sight of who they are! it's hard to explain, but kinda like your not connected and your a stranger to yourself.. It's scary because you wonder if your crazy! But your not it all comes back. It's a symptom of anxiety.
