Anxiety ..panic ..relief?

Hi

I hate having anxiety but I know it'll calm down. I'm currently panicky now. It seems to be such annoyance to ppl but whatever. I dnt care. I would be there for others if they needed it ,dnt get why it's a chore for those to be there for me. I have like sinus issue , acid reflux , TMJ issues ..I hate this freakin anxiety
