Effects of positive thoughts and relaxation

When we deal with anxiety and panic attacks, our minds aren't programmed to make us do relaxation techniques and think positively. It is so easy to get consumed by the way the anxoety is making you feel in that particular moment. It is a good habit to work on some breathing and grounding so that the panic attacks or valleys of the anxiety become more bearable.
