Hi McKay , I was on clonazepam for over four months taking on a need to take basis I've taking around 20mg total through out the four months all pills broken into 1/4 of .50mg in also having some type of withdrawals going on 10days now they aren't bad in the mornings onlk at night before going to sleep and having symptoms of shortness of breath and weird head feelings can't explain ... But it will eventually go away hope you spoke to your doctor before stopping your meds I consulted with mine before getting off... Hope you feel better and God Bless il be praying for us all

I was taking Buspar for around three months but ive stopped since the beginning of September ... So I'm on natural supplements that my kinesiologist put me on to help with some of my withdraws and anxiety symptoms also to help detox the drugs off the liver and system ... Buspar worked for the anxiety that feeling you get and feel anxious but it didn't work for the physical symptoms of it but just tot let you know I didn't follow the dose my psych recommended me on I took a lower dose so maybe that's why it didn't help with the physical symptoms I was just to afraid of getting into meds and staying in them for long term so i started looking for an alternative I turned too all natural and juicing and eating healthier which is helping me out a lot still having some symptoms. But I'm able Cope with them I know they will fade away little by little .. God Bless you take care

I'm 39yrs old and Buspar would bring back your appetite forsure consult with your Doctor everyone's body chemistry is different it might be the right one for you... But if you do start it and it works try with the lowest dose first and see how that goes ...
