Using propanolol

Honestly, I just started taking this medicine yesterday. I already feel way calmer this morning and I'm not all worried that something is wrong with me. Also, I'm not focusing on my breathing. Its crazy how quick this drug has started working for me. There is research done that has shown that beta blockers are effective for stopping the physical effects of anxiety. There are minimal side effects to this drug too.
