Head pressure. Please help!

Hey all! Just wondering. Do any of y'all have constant pressure in the temples. No pain just pressure. And pressure only on one side of my head!! Please somebody help! Could it be tension in my neck or something??? I'm so worried!

I'm not sure if it's the same problem but I kept getting pressure building up in my right temple and I couldn't figure out why until I had to have 2 of my teeth filled, I'd be so anxious and worried all the time that I was clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth and not even realising I was doing it, it happened more when I was afraid but I found myself doing it while washing up and trying to read, the more focused I was, the more the pressure would build up. I try now to be aware of the pressure and as it starts to build I look at what I'm doing and if I'm doing something tense I'll stop and take a few minutes, breathe deeply and even rubbing eucalyptus oil into my temples, has helped. I would advise seeing your doctor though, to be on the safe side. He/she might be able to recommend something long term to help and they might even be able to workout with you where the pressure's starting from. I really hope you feel better soon,
