Dizziness/vertigo

So today as I was sitting at the dinning room table I felt really dizzy out of no where. I want to think that it came from me being really worried after my daughter fell off the couch and hit her head (I felt dizzy like 5-10 min after she fell) ... I right away started thinking she might have a brain hemorage or she might have a seizure.. Ugh hate this anxiety and always worrying for everything..

That is a perfectly normal reaction.

Sometimes parents collapse completely and end up more injured than their child as a reaction to the shock of seeing them potentially hurt.

It would be good to checked by the GP. I also get extreme dizziness (coupled with fatigue) very frequently, and in my case I do feel it's connected with anxiety, because I seem to be able to trace it to being afraid or stressed.
