Did anybody else ever feel when about to fall asleep as if you stop breathing i just started a couple of days and it keep happening and as if i dont breath right pls any advice

All the time love. Had 4 last night just as I'm drifting off get woke with jolt n gasping for air so scary, makes me scared to close my eyes. Dread going to bed frighten the life out of my other half cos I grab him gasping for air xxx anxiety does thisxx
