Numbness Cramp Feeling taking over my entire body also the shortness of breath and upper abdominal pressure along with chest. Any idea Or ER

Having this crazy cramp feelings from my neck all the way down my body and arms also shortness of breath and upper abdominal pressure and chest pressure has anyone gone through this before my had is always feeling weird nothing new on that can someone pls let me know if they have gone through this or if I should just go to the ER??

Yes I have had it or what sounds like it. It probably is severe anxiety that manifests in a freezing up feeling of the body and creates short breaths. It is very difficult but you can get through it.
