I've been finding anxiety relief

I'm the type of person that when I have a thought in my head I focus all my energy on it. Doesn't matter what it is like anxiety, an argument with my husband or an event coming up, it's all I think about. I get so annoyed with myself because I know my thinking process is extreme. I have a one tracked mind. I have let anxiety take over my mind. Not anymore!

I'm focusing my energy and thoughts more on my physically active. I'm choosing to be healthy instead of staying seated because I'm scared to leave the house.

I know we all know that working out helps and Drs and friends always tell us we should. It's easier said then done.

For some reason the word challenge really stood out to me. I've started doing more workout challenges and it helps me stay motivated because nothing feels better then completing a challenge right? Focusing on a challenge makes my anxiety go away. Plus it does make you feel good about yourself.

I'm starting another workout challenge soon if anyone wants to join me. I can be your accountability partner.

This has really helped me so I hope it helps others too!
