Highly confused

Everywhere I post people tell me that anxiety isn't causing my depersonalization and derealization... That its reversed. I'm confused and hearing that makes me believe even more so that it's forever....

When this happens is there anything that seems to instigate this feeling.

When I was in my teens I use to suffer same and it was generally more noticeably at Lunchtime. Generally I would try and talk to someone nearby although sometimes it would affect my ears and make sound sound hollow or long away.

I seemed to loose the sensation when I was about eighteen years old

I have never heard that? All the info I have read has said anxiety can cause DP/dr.

I suffer from pretty bad DR I was better for a few weeks almost cured but it's come back over the last few days with a vengeance.

Have relief in the fact that I was good for a few weeks so it is possible and that's what I'm holding onto at the moment.
