seeing lines or spots on the wall

Does this happen to anyone when they are in a room with white walls? you see darkness on the walls?

I see dark lines and spots all the time! More at night than during the day. Sometimes I have to double look just to see if something's there or not. Anxiety can cause all kind of weird things and it definitely sucks.

All the time.. Spots too.. We are so overwhelmed that our blood pressure might go up and that makes us see things..

hello, please don't worry its nothing, just anxiety, I know its easy to say 'its just' but if you try not to care about them you'll stop even noticing them, I wish you peace from this rotten anxiety.
