Practice non-reaction

When we react we open the mind to emotional response.

Practise non-reaction and you will slowly gain calm......

If you are a sensitive person this will not be easy at first, but view your negative responses as your mind just making up stories.....tell it to go away...lol

Keep practising....do not get involved.....best wishes.

In the morning say." Today I am not going to react, I will remain calm and smile"

Keep smiling it will pass
