hi i would say if the pain worse than usual or pain killers dont help then i would certainlly. go back to your doctor as he maybe best placed to advise you on what the problem is ! good luck anf i hope you feel better soon !

Hello

Sometimes it can be very difficult to work out what maybe our anxiety is causing or what actually could be something we need checked out I know I have had this problem

I think deep down we sometimes know if we really need to see a Doctor & if we are in doubt then I think we should so if I was you I would make an appointment , you won't be any worse of for going but will gain that reassurance :-)

I think when we have anxiety anything medically wrongs always feels twice as bad as we focus so much on how we are feeling & our minds create the worse scenario , for so many we never keep things simple which if we can learn to do this then it helps the anxiety

Hope you get it sorted & yes I know I can or have been in just the same thinking mode as you are now due to anxiety x
