Hi guys , I had the same for years after a troublesome relationship I used to vomit regulary . I was diagnosed with GAD at 22 I tried a few meds . Now I'm on a very low does 5mg of procloperazine it's worked wonders , I go 6-12 months without getting ill . I take one at night about 7 and sleep great . I take at night as for some reason that's when my anxiety comes . But you will find the appropriate does for you . Also cognitive therapy helps . Anxiety can make you feel lonely and depressed but I learnt you need to heal what caused this and change your way of thinking . Excersise also worked wonders . Hope this helps !
