Hmmmm fear of hving diabetes.....

Hmmmm fear of hving diabetes.. coz its run to our family. My grand father died at 50'S bcoz of diabetes. I always i think i will have it to. But my mom and dad dont have it. They not even get high blood or high sugar. Im still worry. I dont want to have diabetes please help me. My 1 uncle have hes diabetic now. Is there a chance i will have it too? Im overweight thats why i worry so much. 185Pound 18 years old male. please help me. :// But im on diet now.

I had that fear too! Many times.. And everytime after quite a while i went to check my sugar level and guess what its a low sugar level.. Means that its just in u... Its not real.. And im overweight too and my family have diabetes too.. U have nothing to worry.. Just balance ur diet..drink less sugary drinks and all..
