Anxiety and the Solar Plexus

One of the ways that my axiety seems to show itself physically is in tightness and pan in the area of my solar plexus. It goes away overnight during sleep but returns daily after a few hours awake. Is this common?

Anxiety can affect people in all different kinds of ways & maybe you are tense at night which is causing this

Have you spoken to your Doctor about this ?

If you are concerned maybe asking them will give you peace of mind x
