I have been suffering terribly with lack of sleep lately. I am not tired throughout the day nor am I having trouble falling asleep, which I am grateful for but staying asleep is impossible. I am being persecuted by nightmares every night, multiple times, which causes me to wake up very anxious and sometimes on the edge of a panic attack.
I suffer with nightmares when I am stressed but it also seems to have deteriorated since I started my beta-blockers and anti-depressants. I'm not really sure what to do. I'm feeling quite low and it immediately puts a downer on the day and makes my anxiety worse.
