I totally understand, every possible symptom I can honestly say I though I was going crazy. After being on the journey a while I now know I am not!! Great people here full of true knowledge and understanding. Can u listen to Matt chandler on u tube, keep getting up and also Steven Furlick ..be brave on u tube x x really worth a listen. Things can change , I thought it was impossible to get out of this madness world of anxiety, I would have done anything but thought nothing can ever take this away from me...how wrong I was!! You see I sat n spoke to God, told him I was done, useless, in despair...he said come to me all of u who need rest and I will carry you. I needed someone to carry me! I had no strength or energy and that's exactky what he did. Steven Furlick. Whatever whatever is brill. My friend I don't like religion but I assure you of my truth he had changed everything for me x x here if u need a friend
