All of them and i just found out that i cant take anything for it no more cause i had. threatened miscarriage. .

Yea u can try natural ways meditation, yoga they have anxiety apps as well that u can download u have got to try and fight it thanks to God my anxiety hasn't flared up as much I'm about 10 weeks
