Does anyone get where there heart flutters like your heart vibrates in your chest and it catches your breath for couple seconds!!

Yes! So frustrating but everyone gets them, just those with anxiety really notice these sensations.

Yes I do. It got quite bad andcwas making me cough. It got noticed and I was pushed into a check up. I had to wear a heart monitor and have blood tests. But nothing was really picked up. The odd flutter but when you are in a quiet hospital its not quite the same. Nothing to do but get used to it. It comes and goes. Worse when not sleeping, I am 53 now and its not really changed in years. I started to get out more and got involved coaching kids football. Its rewarding and keeps my mind busy. Thats ok but its the evenings I struggle with. In my case I dont think linked to my issues. I used to think so but not know. Get checked out so you know. This site is good coz no one else to talk too.
