My heart is racing and I'm getting really breathless does anyone feel like there heart isn't beating the right rhythm and it's going all over the place , my heart rate is ALWAYS in the 90s when in rest and goes higher when I have palpatiions for no reason😔

You are not alone, you just have to try and stay busy to keep your mind off it. I go through the same stuff and it's really hard but there is always some good too. it's hard to remember but you will he okay.

I feel like I can't breath I hate feeling like this all the time I feel like I'm constantly not breathing right just don't understand. Hope ur ok x
