Are anyone else's anxiety symptoms overall just hard to explain? It's like I feel something is wrong and everything hurts and feels weird but can't explain it. it's just a general sense of something isn't right

This is how anxiety can make us feel , we are very sensitive to our bodies & how they feel & we are so focused on how we are feeling we feel things that others that don't have anxiety would not even notice , I think it is quite normal & yes hard to explain

The less you can try give how you are feeling attention you will slowly stop noticing them , when you feel them try & distract your mind with something else like some music , TV whatever distracts you till the feelings pass again x
