Blood type and anxiety.

Hi everyone This is a random post, but I've started a blood type diet and came across info about my blood type AB dadamo.com/bloodtype_AB.htm

When I read the characteristics, like being prone to stress, anxiety, heart problems, wanting to be liked but feeling alienated, internalising emotions like anger, overproducing adrenalin, etc, it was freakishly accurate and so I was wondering if anyone else is an AB blood type or if they have read any articles about the connection?

I honestly don't think there's a connection. Anxiety is a LEARNED behavior. It is not due to chemical imbalances, or hereditary. Anxious parents may have anxious kids because the kids adopted the parent's behavior. I have anxiety and am O neg. so to assume there's a connection isn't, as I've read info on the connection of behavior and anxiety, accurate.
