Stronger, but ache

I've been working out most mornings, combination of yoga and exercise dvds. I'm definitely stronger and lost two stone since September, but my muscles seem to hurt. What should I be doing to help recovery?

Rest between workouts is as important as the workout.

Your muscles need time to recover from heavy work.

I walk every day and go to the gym three times a week which I feel is fine.

Well done for loosing the weight.
