Is this normal with anxiety
Hello
You are very young at 15 so please stay safe on social networking sites as like any others you have to be careful & I really feel for young people that are suffering but at the same time I have to point out this issue that there seems to be no age restriction on these forums & at 15 you can be very vulnerable
There is a link here that talks more about young people & anxiety , you may find some of what it says useful
anxietyuk.org.uk/about-anxi...
Please talk to someone you can trust & confide in , this is a difficult age but with the right support you will get back the person you was & go on to have a happy future x
Thanks a lot 😊 yep I try not to read some things because I have read things other people have written and before I know it I'm thinking about it myself could I message you please?x
We are all different so your problems will be personal to you.
Some depressions make the patient cold to other peoples or family problems. That may have been due to some form of cruelty or other related problems such as bullying etc Other problems can be caused through a death or someone close being ill. So nothing will stand out here.
We are all different and none of us are an actual double on these pages. All Mental or Anxiety problems will not follow the same track

hi t wilks,
sometimes, even mild depression can dull our feelings and leave us feeling detached. but people without depression, anxiety or any stress; can experience this.
please also remember that, at 15, your hormones can affect you, also you are growing up, changing emotionally, physically and socially, so you might change how you enjoy or feel about friends and shared activities .
I've found a few helplines, trusted organisations, that I hope might help you if you want someone to talk to.
regards,
hamble.
